During the podcast, I shared my experiences as an IP and Technology lawyer, how I came up with the idea of my brainchild, Mindful Lawyer Canada, and my pathway through law school. This episode navigates my work across the legal community in mentorship, mental health and diversity and inclusion. Finally, I reflected on what it means to be a South Asian female in the legal profession, a female founder in law and the support systems that keep me in check. Overall, I enjoyed sharing the importance of breaking barriers. I always loved business and law, but I also didn’t feel like I was going to fit into the traditional corporate big law firm business model. I always had this passionate feminine energy to me, and I knew that I always wanted to continue to change the legal landscape. What I loved about my yoga community and ex-Bay Street lawyer peers is that we were all entrepreneurial and innovative.
